Før udbuddet af Fælles Bibliotekssystem indgår KOMBIT en tilslutningsaftale med kommunerne. Denne aftale sætter de økonomiske rammer for udbuddet, og garanterer derved kommunerne en maksimal årlig pris for systemet.
KOMBIT inviterer hermed alle potentielle leverandører til at bidrage, i en strengt fortrolig proces, med grovestimater af udviklings- og driftsomkostninger for systemet. Dette skal medvirke til, at KOMBITs estimater overfor kommunerne er realistiske i forhold til forholdene på leverandørmarkedet.
Estimaterne skal fokusere på det scope for systemet, som blev præsenteret på leverandørmødet. Se præsentation fra mødet.
Hvis muligt, vil KOMBIT værdsætte potentielle leverandørers estimater af de følgende seks tal:

Modtagede estimater vil blive registreret i et anonymiseret regneark, uden navne på leverandører, hvorved det anonymiseres, hvilke leverandører der har leveret hvilke estimater.

Vendors estimates of development and operations costs for the Danish Municipalities Library System
Before the tender of the Danish Municipality Library System, KOMBIT will sign an agreement with the municipalities. This agreement outlines the economic limits of the tender, thus guaranteeing the municipalities a maximum annual cost for the system.
KOMBIT hereby invites any potential vendor for the tender to contribute, in a strictly non-disclosure process, with rough estimates of the cost for development and operation of the system. This will enable KOMBIT to provide realistic estimates to the municipalities with regard to the conditions of the vendor market.
The estimates should focus on the scope of the system that was presented on the vendor meeting in June 2022. The presentation from the meeting can be found here.
If possible, KOMBIT would appreciate potential vendors to contribute with the following six figures:

If preferred by the vendor, the desired six figures can be communicated over the phone.
Received estimates will be registered in an anonymized spreadsheet with no mention of any names of vendors, thereby anonymizing the vendor and their estimates.
